El Rey, Twisted Mexican Lager, 4.5%

We brewed up a delicious Mexican style lager with a hefty dose of Maize in the mash, but we thought we would put our twist on to the style. Expect to finish those delicious crisp and refreshing Mexican lager flavours with a touch of corn sweetness, but we have added Sea Salt flakes, Lime and Pineapple Express cannabis flavour extract.  A lot of testing went in to get these levels just right, whilst not in your face all those flavours are there, the lime and salt work great together adding a citrus twist and enhanced flavour.  The Pineapple Express adds an extra element to the aroma to really get the feeling your are on holiday by the pool sipping on a ice cold beer.

For an added twist, you could serve in a glass with a salt and lime rim, or mix with tomato juice or salsa.  Even try it with some pickle juice, the possibilities are endless!

Ingredients: Water, BARLEY, MAIZE, Hops, Lime, Sea Salt, Pineapple Express flavour extract, Yeast.
